Creative Ecosystems Inquiry Form

Hello! My name is Adjenai. I have 10 years of professional experience in a variety of creative operations roles. I am also a musician and writer with my own creative practice. I work with other creatives and arts orgs to balance streamlined administrative processes with the typically non-linear creative process. From building ground-up company wikis and writing training manuals to working with writers on organizing their Notes app to better track their ideas, I offer a variety of services focused on making the admin side of creativity easier.

Your systems should be customized to work for you, your team, and/or your brain!

LET'S TALK BUDGET:
Initial pricing guidelines are as follows:

Inbox & Correspondence Oversight: $45-85/hr (Dependent on volume and required turnaround.)

Single Creator Processes/Organization Build: $300-975+ (Dependent on required meetings, the scope of your work, and time to build process flows. One follow-up status check is included in the initial rate, with any additional 60-minute meetings charged at $90/hr.)

Community Organization/Small Business Processes/Org Build: $500-3k+ (Similar to pricing above but made to work for small teams, guests, and other regular collaborators/employees/volunteers.) Please note: While I do offer sliding scale, especially for fellow queer and BIPOC creators (!!), pricing is dependent on the scope of the work. That said, many projects don’t fall within this scope/traditional pricing structure. I've worked with clients in many ways, and I'm always open to a discussion before locking in rates, splits, or alternative payment forms.

This feels like a good spot for a little testimonial! Here's some feedback from a very lovely musician and artist with their own record label:
"Adjenai is the rare person with both a vast creative capacity and an intuitive understanding of how intentionally developed systems can facilitate more creative freedom, especially for those of us who shudder at the thought of “getting organized”. Adjenai has shown me that flexibility and compassion are not the enemies of executive function and that accommodating my natural inclinations can help admin work feel less existentially dreadful." (LA-based musician)
