Provider Needs Survey: LGBTQ+ Education and Media Literacy

The survey should take 10-15 minutes on average.

This research explores how practitioners and professionals learn about, interpret, and navigate trans and gender-diverse topics within health and wellness professions. The survey is designed to better understand the educational, informational, and professional challenges practitioners encounter in this rapidly evolving area of work. There are no wrong answers here.

Responses are confidential and will be analyzed in aggregate for research, reporting, and educational purposes. Contact information for interview follow-up will be stored separately from survey responses and will not be connected to published findings.

Findings may be included in public reports, presentations, educational materials, or future research publications. Open-ended responses may be quoted in future reports or publications, but identifying information will be removed unless explicit permission is provided.

Contact information for newsletter subscription and interview follow-up will be stored separately from survey responses and will not be connected to published findings. Participation is voluntary. Respondents may skip any question they prefer not to answer. Those who complete the survey will be sent an exclusive offer to receive the Well Beings News Professional membership at a 92% discount, only $3 for a 3-month trial. Or, subscribe for free to receive the Monday Roundup and get notified when the results are in.

Throughout this survey, "trans and gender-diverse" refers broadly to transgender, nonbinary, gender-nonconforming, two-spirit and related experiences of gender diversity.
