Terms and Conditions
A. Visa Assistance Policy & Fees
1. Visa Assistance Fee Structure: The standard service fee for visa
assistance is ₪800.
a. Payment Milestone: Once the visa application process has
officially started and the applicant appears at their embassy or VFS
appointment, the full ₪800 assistance fee becomes immediately payable.
b. Down payment Deductions: Any down payment previously made for
tours or travel packages may be deducted toward this visa assistance fee
to cover the processing and preparation work already completed by our
team.
c. Early Cancellation/No-Show Penalty: If the applicant decides to
withdraw their application or fails to appear at their scheduled
appointment after processing has already started, a 50% penalty (₪400)
will still apply. This is strictly non-negotiable and covers the
administrative work and manpower already expended.
d. No Guarantee of Approval: The client explicitly acknowledges that
visa assistance is a document preparation and scheduling service. The
ultimate decision to grant or deny a visa rests solely with the
respective Embassy or Consulate. All company service fees and embassy
fees remain 100% non-refundable in the event of a visa denial or embassy
delay.
e. Client Responsibility for Accuracy:** The client is entirely
responsible for providing authentic, accurate, and truthful
documentation. The company is not liable for any issues or rejections
arising from forged, incomplete, or incorrect information provided by
the client.

B. Booking & Payment Policy
To secure your place on a group tour, please review our payment stages
and deadlines below:
a. Booking & Slot Retention: A non-refundable ₪100 payment is
required at the time of booking to reserve your spot.
b. Down payment Deadline (60 to 75 days before departure):
* Premium Service: ₪1,000 to ₪2,500 (depending on your specific

* Standard Service: ₪800.
* Important: Premium service is only available if the down
payment clears before the specified deadline. Once this grace period
expires, Premium service is no longer available, and your booking will
automatically default to Standard Service.

your visa is approved.

C. General Liability & Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is highly recommended for all trips and
is mandatory for Schengen destinations.
a. What We Provide: Your booking includes basic medical travel
insurance with coverage up to €30,000 (meeting the minimum medical
requirement for Schengen visas).
b. What You Should Upgrade: Our included policy does not cover trip
cancellations, flight delays, or baggage loss. We strongly advise
clients to purchase supplementary insurance to cover these potential
personal losses.
c. Itinerary Alterations: The company reserves the right to modify
tour schedules, accommodations, or routes without prior notice due to
force majeure (weather, safety conditions, airline changes, or local
strikes). Equivalent alternatives will always be provided.
