Brush Prairie Car Show 2026 Volunteer Form

We are seeking dedicated volunteers to contribute to the success of the upcoming car show on Saturday, August 22nd 2026.

Attend a volunteer meeting on either August 19th or 20th at 6pm at Brush Prairie General Store.

Volunteer Positions Available:

Maintaining Road Closures: Collecting vehicle entry fees and providing directions.

Shift A: 12:00pm - 2:30pm Shift B: 2:30pm-4:30pm

Registration: Collecting entry forms and distributing dash plaques.

Shift A: 1:00pm - 2:30pm Shift B: 2:30pm-4:30pm

Selling Shirts: Collecting payments for shirts and food tickets.

Shift A: 1:00pm - 2:30pm Shift B: 2:30pm-4:30pm

Parking Cars: Guiding vehicles to parking spots and directing participants to registration.

Shift A: 12:00pm - 2:30pm Shift B: 2:30pm-4:30pm

Side by Side Shuttle: Providing transportation between the south and north entrances.

Shift A: 12:30pm - 2:30pm Shift B: 2:30pm-4:30pm
