Executive Assistant to the Founder & CEO

The best thing about being early in your career and working in a founder's office is you skip 10 years of learning by watching.

I'm looking for one person who wants that.

Massive builds EV charging infrastructure — hardware, software, CPO ops, all of it. We're in our fastest growth phase and I need someone to sit inside the engine room with me.

The role: Executive Assistant to the Founder. But really — operating nerve centre.

What the job actually is:
-You own the MIS across all verticals. Not monitor it. Own it.
- You follow up on everything. Same day. Next day. Every day. Until it closes.
- You attend the meetings that matter, extract the decisions, and make sure nothing leaves the room without an owner.
- When I travel (and I travel a lot), nothing falls through.
- You run special projects that don't have a template.

What we don't want: Someone who asks what format to use. Someone who follows up once and waits. Someone who needs a job description to know what to do next.

What we do want: The person who ran their college fest and built a 200-person volunteer tracker in a Google Sheet because they couldn't sleep otherwise. The person who interned somewhere and quietly became the one everyone gave things to because they knew it would actually get done. Or the person who built a small business, tracked every number, and found it genuinely satisfying.

6 months to 2 years of experience. Based in Noida/NCR.

THE QUESTIONS

Tell us one thing you tracked, fixed, or followed up on that nobody asked you to. What happened?

Could be from a job, internship, college, side project — anything real. Just tell us what you actually did.

It's Wednesday evening. You need status updates from three business heads by Thursday morning. None have responded. Walk us through exactly what you do.

There's no right answer. We want to see how you think and what you actually do.
