5. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By submitting this form:


1. You understand that we will not publish the full film, only promotional elements (trailer, stills, etc.), unless you select the extra service to include the full film on our website.
2. You grant permission for Film Critical Space to review and publicly share selected materials.
3. This is a paid promotional service with a non-refundable policy once the review is delivered.
4. You agree to make payment as a friend transfer via PayPal.
5. Film Critical Space is not responsible for copyright violations or unauthorized content.
6. Submission does not guarantee additional promotion beyond the agreed services.
7. If you select any extra services but do not include the corresponding payment for them in your PayPal transfer, those extra services will not be provided or considered.
8. To ensure impartiality and protect our staff, the identity of the specific reader or reviewer who reviews your film will NEVER be disclosed. The applicant waives any right to request the name of the evaluator or to contact them directly, to prevent harassment or conflicts of interest. 
9. You confirm you have the rights to share and promote the film.
