Why The Climate Raft Exists: Working in climate and sustainability is deeply personal, meaningful, and often emotionally draining. Whether you’re feeling discouraged, navigating a challenge, or looking for fresh ideas to move your work and goals forward, The Climate Raft is a place to land, reconnect with your why, and find support.

What We Do: This monthly virtual gathering brings together early- to mid-career professionals working in climate and sustainability to share experiences, troubleshoot challenges, exchange resources, and lift each other up. This is a sanctuary for genuine peer support, not a pipeline for networking, sales, or job placement.

Our Approach: Our goal is to offer a low-barrier space where we can freely share what we’re learning, what we’re struggling with, and what we need to keep going. We’re here to help one another feel less alone and better supported in continuing this work. We utilize this space to connect person to person, beyond our professional titles and affiliations.
