The average processing time for a custom embroidery order is 7-14 days. If the order is needed by a specific date, please indicate below. A rush order will incur additional fees subject to the size of the order and date needed by.

Should my order require digitization services for unique art or logos, I understand that this will require a $20 deposit towards this service prior to production. Digitization services start at $20 per image. This one-time fee does not have to be paid again, should you have your art or logo embroidered by Rook & Rabbit on future orders. 24-Hour turnaround is not available for any orders requiring digitization services of unique art or logos.
