The Nigerian Academy of Science invites researchers, academics, students, and professionals from the public and private sectors to its 8th Annual Scientific Conference. This edition explores the transformative role of Artificial Intelligence across five subthemes:

- Subtheme 1: AI for Smart Systems and Industrial Innovation - Subtheme 2: AI for Scientific Discovery and Advancement - Subtheme 3: AI for Biomedical Innovations - Subtheme 4: AI for Agriculture and Environment - Subtheme 5: AI Governance and Capacity Development

Registration Fees

Undergraduate Students – Twenty thousand naira only (₦20,000)

Postgraduate Students – Thirty thousand naira only (₦30,000)

Other participants – Fifty thousand naira only (₦50,000)

Important dates

Deadline for submission of abstracts: Friday, 30th October 2026

Deadline for conference registration: Friday, 27th November 2026

Notification of selected abstracts: Friday, 4th December 2026
