Robot Framework Fundament & Workflow: your opinion

Over the past few years, I have had the opportunity to observe many users working with Robot Framework.

What becomes apparent pretty much everywhere is:

The tool (Robot Framework) is not the problem.
It's how it is used.
This wastes an enormous amount of time, and some projects fail for this very reason...

I know how to avoid that.

I am now tackling this issue with a new idea - more on that shortly!

BUT: Before I take the next step, I would like to hear your honest opinion.
Because I want to be sure that I have thought of everything.
