There are so many untold stories in your camera roll — we want to help you unlock them. BEAM is a new photo-sharing app built by the team behind Ditto (social notes app, 100k+ downloads, live in 13+ colleges across the US) launching Summer 2026.

We built BEAM for the generation that values authentic documentation, unique perspectives, and has grown tired of the performance that often surrounds sharing on other social platforms. The ideal early BEAM Scout is someone who knows their city inside and out.

BEAM Scouts are a hand-selected group of tastemakers in NYC, LA, and Austin who set the cultural standard for what good content on BEAM looks and feels like.

We are building the product in close collaboration with a small, highly intentional community. Every detail, from how content is shared to how it’s experienced, is shaped in conversation with the people setting the standard on the platform.
