My name is Mapida, and I am building Teambl for people who are skilled, motivated, and ready to do something real — but stuck waiting for someone to give them the chance to prove it. This form is how you help make this possible.

This is a 90-day sprint with no salary.

But here's the catch: You'll receive stipend to comfortably cover the resources and expenses needed to carry out the responsibilities of the role.

This is real work on a real startup, with a real outcome at the end of the 90 days. Depending on your performance and our progress, the sprint can end in one of three ways: a successful close, a paid role, or an opportunity to join the founding team as a co-founder + salary.

Personally, I'd love to have you on the founding team if you demonstrate exceptional talent, commitment, and ownership. If a co-founder role isn't the right fit, a paid position is certainly on the table as the team grows.

Regardless of the outcome, you'll receive a Teambl Startup Experience Certificate that you can include on your résumé and reference in future job applications. You'll also have my personal professional reference, reflecting the work you accomplished during the sprint.
