If you know the event number, but have no heat or lanes, it's OK. Just fill the event number in, and I will find your swimmer when the startlists are given out.

All of my packages have a 100% money back guarantee if I fail to shoot the event with the only exception if the swimmer doesn't appear in a race without notice (DNS).

I cannot refund if someone simply doesn't like the photos.

Due to time limitations I cannot guarantee stroke selection or photo requests (on the blocks, diving etc) but will do my best given the circumstances.

Swimmers should be briefed to look out for and face me me if they want good pictures out of the water.

I cannot guarantee pictures in the water (swimming) on 50m events (particularly fly and free).

Please ensure that the email address you provide on the Stripe payment portal is the same as the email you have provided in the correspondence email to me to verify your payment via email.
