Pride Community Foundation (PCF) is heading up the annual Pride Parade on 1 August 2026 for the second time. This year's Pride theme is "
The Power of Love", which is exactly what we need to get through these turbulent times for LGBTQ+ communities in the UK and around the world.
We need to make sure that there's proper
LGBTQ+ representation in politics and
influential positions, and our presence in the parade will demand this. If we want to change the way politics treats us, we need to change the system from the inside.
We'll also be running the
Queer Soapbox Stage at
Pride on the Park, a new political stage for LGBTQ+ people to voice their opinions and make their case for positive change. You're also invited to join us on stage.
