MidTown Special Events Coordinator

MidTown Reno is the heart of Reno's creative district, home to 150+ locally-owned businesses and some of the city's most beloved community events. We're looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and community-minded individual to join our small-but-mighty team as a part-time contract Special Event Coordinator.

In this role, you'll help bring MidTown's events to life, from logistics and vendor coordination to day-of execution and everything in between. This is contractor work with hours that flex around our event calendar, so it's a great fit for someone who thrives in a dynamic, community driven environment.

This position will work with Dancing in the Streets but that is not your main responsibility. Part Time Position. Compensation details will be shared with qualified candidates.
