The 30-Day Career Experiment is a small-group coaching experience for scientists to explore new career possibilities through curiosity and experimentation.

Together, you'll reconnect with what matters to you and learn to challenge the assumptions keeping you stuck. You'll design your own small, real-world career experiments to explore your curiosity, test career paths and gather evidence to inform your next steps. You'll build your tolerance to uncertainty, hold each other accountable and learn from each other's discoveries as you experiment together.

By the end of 30 days, you'll have a clearer understanding of what matters to you, gathered real-world evidence to inform your next steps and gained practical experience designing and learning from your own career experiments. You'll leave equipped with the tools and experimental mindset to take ownership of your career, follow your curiosity and forge your own path, even when the way forward is uncertain.
