Posture Check-In

This posture check-in tool was originally part of my own healing journey.
It helped me understand my alignment, reduce pain, and make steady progress, so I’m opening a simplified version for the community.

It will generate a posture report with awareness notes and personalized exercise suggestions. Every body is unique, so please treat these insights as supportive guidance rather than medical instructions. For deeper or long-term work, your physiotherapist or personal trainer can offer tailored professional advice.
