Medicine for the People Gathering is held as a spiritual family reunion just north of Austin Tx at Camp Tahuaya twice a year on the equinoxes.. 155 acres of beautiful land for 4 days and 3 nights of tribe time.
Thank you for taking a minute to fill this application out so we know more about you and what you Love. We encourage everyone to live in their medicine and we are open to co-creating opportunities for the right fitting visions behind MFTP. We are reviewing new forms and will connect back soon. We appreciate your confidence in us and willingness to share your Medicine at our Spiritual Family Reunion.
If you are interested in hosting a workshop , ceremony or more than one performance please use a separate form. One application per offering. This helps us keep our records accurate and serves as a memory bank to keep the number of offerings true.
By filling in this application you are agreeing to MFTP standards of conduct:
* Keep interactions respectful to all staff, attendees, the land and its management.
* Be on time and sober for your time slot.
* Bring food for the
MFTP communal kitchen (if you plan to eat meals from the kitchen).
*There is no VIP section. We are all equal at MFTP.
* No encouraging nudity or drug use. If you have questions on our policy please see this link.

* No unauthorized guests, staff, or plus ones. Everyone must register and have a pass prior to the event. There is no will call list.
* Any complications or grievances will be brought to the attention of Event Management. Be professional - Come to us- not the public.
* MFTP has the right to record audio / video at will during the event for promotional materials. You may request pics and videos taken by MFTP.
* MFTP is not responsible for personal lodging, supplies, logistics or lost gear.
* All artists are encouraged to integrate into the gathering by sharing time with our community onsite. Not just come and go quickly. We are building community, not providing services.

On-site- During the event: Free admission 4 day ticket to festival, Free parking pass, Free Camping, Communal Meals provided (with food donations), optional extended stay Sunday night (after glow song circles), Free Kids ticket upon request, Networking/ relationship building, Hospitality Lounge, Green Room / back stage access and secure storage access for gear, Easy check in, and free beverages and refreshments for your stay.
