East Wilson County Christmas Toy Assistance Program – Eligibility & Guidelines

We are excited to help make your child’s Christmas joyful! Please carefully read the following guidelines to ensure eligibility:

• Residency Requirements: - Only the following cities are eligible: Lebanon, Watertown, and rural East Wilson County. - If your address is in Mt. Juliet, Old Hickory, or Hermitage – please contact Big Brothers at www.BigBrothersofMtJuliet.org.

• Child Eligibility: - Child must be under the age of 14 as of October 1 of this year. - If your child is developmentally under 14 but older in actual age, please contact us at info@wilsoncocfa.org to discuss special assistance. - Child must not be registered for toy assistance through any other charity. - If your child is 14 or older, or if you are in need of clothing or bedding, you may apply with a different charity for those children or items only.
• Parent/Guardian Requirements:
- The primary person applying must be the parent or legal guardian of the child.
- An alternate pickup person may be listed and can be anyone you trust.
- The child must live with you at least 50% of the time.
• Toys Only:
- Our program provides toys only — no clothing, bedding, or household items.

Beginning in 2025, proof of residency will be required in order to receive toys.

All submitted documents will be stored securely and deleted at the end of the season.
