Role Overview

We are hiring a hands-on Growth Hacker who lives in the trenches.

This role is a mix of:

- Growth strategist

- Community builder

- Outbound machine

- KOL hunter

- Partnerships closer

What you will actually do?
1. Distribution & User Growth
- Design and test growth loops
- Launch and optimize referral programs
- Run scrappy experiments weekly
- Improve activation & retention metrics
- Identify power users and double down on them
2. KOL & Creator Outreach (Daily Grinding)
- Build outreach automation
- Build relationships with crypto Twitter, YouTubers, podcasters
- Pitch XO as their native betting layer
- Close pilot launches
- Track every conversation
3. Partnerships
- Identify aligned communities & protocols
- Pitch integrations
- Negotiate distribution deals
- Turn partners into acquisition channels
4. Community & Social
- Grow X (Twitter) aggressively
- Build narrative around XO
- Manage ambassadors
- Turn users into evangelists
5. Data & Optimization
- Track CAC, retention, cohort behavior
- Kill what doesn’t work fast
- Double down on what works
- Operate like a founder
What We’re Looking For
