We respond to booking requests between 9:30 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday.
Requests submitted outside business hours, on weekends, national holidays, or during the year-end/New Year holidays will be answered on or after the next business day.

Same-Day Participation
The 60-Minute Trip is also available without an advance booking.
Guests with advance reservations will be given priority. During busy periods, you may need to wait, and same-day participation may not be available.
Advance booking is recommended to secure your experience.
