Help shape the next DAA

DAA is currently on pause while we’re reworking the format. If you found your way here, we’d love to hear from you 🧡

Digital Addicts Anonymous was* created as an opposition to "digital detox" / "just put your phone away" practices — because those solutions don't last, as a fast diet that ends up in a binge afterwards. Instead, this approach aims to foster healthy relationships and establish clear boundaries with the technology that dominates our daily lives, drawing from AA methods.

This space is for thoughts, wishes, questions, or quiet frustrations you didn’t know where else to put.

*as a part of MA project by Sofiia (Sonya) Kaminska, Digital Ideation graduate which received a critical evaluation and got 9/10 points for a potential positive change.
