EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION (GU STUDENTS) - GAUHATI UNIVERSITY MODEL UNITED NATION

Form Submission:
Participants must fill out the Early Bird registration form with clear, complete answers. Incomplete or vague submissions will not be considered for Early phase Registrations benefits.
2.
Eligibility for Registrations
: Only participants who register during the Early Bird window with a properly filled form will qualify for the early bird fee.
3.
Early Bird Registration Fee
: The Early Bird Registration fee for Gauhati University students is INR
799/-
for the full 2-day conference, including all specified services.
4.
What the Amount Includes
: The fee covers conference access, buffet meals, high tea, transportation to the venue, early bird charges, and delegate kits, socials etc.
5.
Limited Slots:
Early Bird Registrations are limited and will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.
6.
Non-transferable and Non-refundable
: Once paid, the fee is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
7.
Confirmation of Registration
: Registration will be confirmed after payment verification. A confirmation email will be sent within 3 to 5 working days.
