Thinking Like an Ancestor is our immersive 6-day retreat in Salvador, Brazil for those whose work carries consequence beyond themselves. The retreat will cultivate long-horizon thinking, applied foresight, and ancestral intelligence as core leadership capacities.

Rising Rooted is a 6-month developmental fellowship focused on self-authored leadership for senior leaders, founders, and professionals at an inflection point where the next version of their work requires more expansive, sophisticated, and internally generated ways of thinking, relating, and making decisions. June 11 – December 10, 2026. No more than 28 people.

We expect these spots to disappear quickly.

You can join the fellowship on its own, add a retreat, or apply for a retreat independently.
