Rising Rooted is a 6-month developmental fellowship focused on self-authored leadership for senior leaders, founders, and professionals at an inflection point where the next version of their work requires more expansive, sophisticated, and internally generated ways of thinking, relating, and making decisions. June 11 – December 10, 2026. No more than 28 people.

Thinking Like an Ancestor is our immersive 6-day leadership retreat for those whose work carries consequence beyond themselves. The retreat will cultivate long-horizon thinking, applied foresight, and ancestral intelligence as core leadership capacities. Available in two destinations — Bahia, Brazil (November 2026) and Cape Town, South Africa (Q4 - date TBC). 12 places per retreat.

We expect these spots to disappear quickly.

You can join the fellowship on its own, add a retreat, or apply for a retreat independently. This form helps us understand what you're interested in and whether there's alignment.

Once you submit, we'll follow up personally — usually within 48 hours. If you already know this is for you and want to secure your place immediately, you can pay your $750 deposit after submitting.
