Please note that Mahogany Bay Village is only the area. Mahogany Bay Hilton Resort and M&B luxury rentals are two different companies with different check-in and decor access procedures.
Kindly note that setups with ceiling balloons/helium balloons pricing is based on the amount of balloons visible in the picture. Also confirm that your room has a flat ceiling for the same design concept. We are not responsible if the design changes due to the layout of your accommodation/venue.

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date and booking. Bookings and dates are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. Payment information is only shared when you are deposit ready. If deposit will be made on a different date please reconfirm with us.
• Hotel room, vacation rental, and resort setups are provided as a 48 hour rental when installed indoors. Rental items will be collected within the 48 hour rental period and no later than 1:00 PM on the scheduled pickup date, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
• Local event setups are typically installed and collected on the same day. Indoor installations may qualify for next day pickup based on scheduling availability.
• Outdoor installations are subject to weather conditions and may require adjustments for safety and quality purposes. Balloon installations cannot be set up in direct sunlight, as heat and sun exposure can significantly affect their appearance and durability.
• Helium balloons typically have a floating effect of 4 to 12 hours, depending on weather conditions, temperature, ceiling height, and exposure to sunlight.
