Room Selection

Your deposit secures your first-choice room, subject to availability. All prices are per person. All prices include tax and cover accommodation, all meals on location, daily movement sessions, soundbath, and goody bag. We accommodate up to 10 women. If the retreat does not reach full capacity, guests in twin rooms may find themselves with a room to themselves at no additional charge.

Almond Hill House is in the hills above Órgiva, southern Spain. The nearest airports are Granada (1.5 hrs) and Málaga (2 hrs). We coordinate shared transfers once places are confirmed.

Payment

A non-refundable €250 deposit is required to confirm your place. This is collected securely at the end of this form via Stripe - you'll be asked to enter your card details on the final step.

The deposit is inclusive of VAT and will be deducted from your total room balance. Your place is confirmed as soon as payment is received.

Two instalments. Balance split equally across 1 July 2026 and 1 August 2026.

Please read carefully before confirming your booking

CANCELLATION & DEPOSIT POLICY

- Your €250 deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances.

- If you cancel more than 5 weeks before the retreat (before 12 August 2026), any instalments paid beyond the deposit will be refunded in full.

- If you cancel within 5 weeks of the retreat (on or after 12 August 2026), no refund is available.

- If Womanship cancels the retreat for any reason, all payments (including the deposit) will be refunded in full.

- We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers cancellation.

PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY

- What is shared during the retreat stays within the retreat. All attendees are asked to honour this.

- We will be taking photographs for use in Womanship promotional material

- Your personal information will be used only for retreat logistics and Womanship communications.

- You can opt out of Womanship communications at any time.

HEALTH & PARTICIPATION

- All sessions are invitational. You are never required to participate in any activity.

- This retreat is not a therapeutic programme. If you are currently receiving clinical mental health treatment, please consult your practitioner before attending.

- Womanship is not liable for any personal belongings lost or damaged during the retreat.

Guest Registration — Spanish Law

Required by Spanish Tourist Regulations for all guests staying at a registered rural property Why we need this

Almond Hill House is a registered rural tourism property in Spain (VTAR/GR/0007). Under Spanish Tourist Laws, the property owners are required to submit guest registration details to local authorities before your arrival. We are legally obliged to provide this information on your behalf.

Your details will be shared only with the property owners and will not be used for any other purpose.
