We are looking for a highly technical, hyper-creative Video Editor to join our team full-time, on-site in Lahore. You are not just cutting clips together; you are a retention architect. You know how to hook an audience in the first 3 seconds, seamlessly blend AI-generated assets with raw footage, and use dynamic kinetic typography to keep eyes locked on the screen.

What You Will Do:

Execute Complex Workflows: Edit high-paced, highly engaging short-form (Reels/Shorts/TikToks) and long-form content.

AI Integration: Use tools like Higgsfield, Nano Banana, Midjourney, and Topaz Video AI to generate, enhance, and manipulate assets directly within your edit.

Visual Storytelling: Design and animate kinetic typography, motion graphics, and seamless transitions that drive viewer retention.

Pacing & Audio: Masterfully mix sound design, trending audio, and voiceovers to create a visceral viewing experience.

Iterate & Deliver: Work directly alongside the founder in a fast-paced environment, taking rapid feedback and delivering high-quality renders on tight deadlines.

A Master of Your Craft: You are a power user of DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.

AI-Native: You don't just know what AI is; it is an active part of your daily rendering pipeline.
