Client Services Officer (Remote)

The Person

Techloy is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Services Officer to join its Commercial team. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses. You will also be responsible for handling administrative tasks such as managing invoices, and client follow-ups, and supporting the smooth operation of daily client activities. This individual will report to the Head of Client Services. 

The Responsibilities

Client Services: 

+ Respond promptly and professionally to all client inquiries via email, phone, and other communication channels.

+ Maintain a client database and ensure accurate records of client interactions.

+ Address client concerns or escalate issues to the appropriate departments for resolution.

+ Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Administrative Support: 
+ Prepare, issue, and manage client invoices.

+ Follow up on pending payments and ensure timely collection of dues.

+ Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, and related financial documentation.

+ Monitor and manage any office equipment, and other administrative needs.
Operational Support: 
+ Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and organizing documentation.

+ Support project management activities by tracking client deliverables and deadlines.

+ Collaborate with the team to improve operational processes and client experience.

+ Support editorial processes by deploying client’s content on our content management platform.

The Requirements

+ A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

+ Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in client services or administrative support for a media company.

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

+ Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

+ Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

+ Demonstrable knowledge of Techloy's services. + Problem-solving mindset with a client-focused approach.

+ Experience in handling invoices and payment tracking systems.

+ Familiarity with digital tools and technology used in administrative roles.

+ Drive, positive attitude, and a good sense of humor.

The Remuneration

+ Based on standards within the technology media industry, along with exciting perks.
+ Depending on skills and experience.
+ The salary range is between ₦2,400,000 and ₦3,600,000 per annum.
