Participant Information The questionnaire is created to measure your personal baseline before the Longevity Challenge to see how simple daily science-based actions can impact your ageing pace. Your participation is voluntary. You may refuse to participate or withdraw at any time without giving a reason. All data you provide will be anonymised. No names, emails, IP addresses, or identifying information will be kept after analysis. Only aggregated, anonymised results will be used in analyses and potential publications. Individual answers will never be shared in a way that could identify you. By participating, you agree that your anonymised data may be used for scientific research and publication.
