Fall 2025 8&9 Ball MVP Invitational Tournament

Tournament Date: January 24th, 2026. Doors Open at 10am. Tournament starts at 10:30am.

Entry Fee Per Player: $25.00 ($20.00 Prize Fund/$5.00 Tournament Director)

Eligibility:

1.This is an invitation tournament ONLY. Please check to see if you are eligible and on the invitation list found here. Navigate to Tournaments/8&9 Ball MVP and see both invitation lists for the NORTH and SOUTH accordingly. Make sure your name is on the list. 2. The top 3 players in each division, from each skill level that played a minimum of 7 matchs in the regular Fall Session 2025 are eligible for MVP in both 8 and 9 Ball.

3. Players must be active in the current session in order to remain eligible for this event

Format: Seeded Brackets, Modified APA Races, Modified Single Elimination, Masters Format.

Payment is DUE immediately once you complete your registration. Your Regstration is only complete once the entry fee is paid. Unpaid registrations will not be accepted and will be immediately removed. Once your payment is received, you will be officially added to the tournament. The league office will No Longer call people who register and do not pay immediately. You will simply be removed from the registration/tournament.

Please indicate in the VENMO notes that the payment is for you (your name/player number/tourament name) so that we can log it accordingly.

Your registration will be null and void if payment is not made immediately. If you cannot make a Venmo payment, call the league office for alternative option to pay via Zelle. We do NOT accept any other forms of payment. The email will contain a link where you can see the players that have registered and your confirmation details. The link is updated every 6-12hrs so you may not see your registration right away.
