Althra Scouts are the first to spot the builders everyone else misses; They are deeply connected to their local ecosystems and trusted for their judgment. *Limited to only 5 per province. This role is designed for individuals who are excited about venture, spot exceptional founders early, and want to actively sharpen their pattern recognition. As an scout, you’ll play a hands-on role in early-stage evaluation and due diligence while becoming part of a national platform that helps you build conviction, insight, and your own portfolio.

As a scout, you’ll receive access to our private Slack network, a seat at the table on select investment committee meetings attended by angels/fund managers, invitations to exclusive LP events, early visibility into cohort companies, and possibly a $250-$500 cheque to host local events.
