Doomsday — Playtest Feedback (Build 0.8.5)

Build: 0.8.5 or later · Time needed: about 20 minutes (5 runs of 3 minutes, plus a few notes)
Thanks for playing. Doomsday is a storm-chasing game: you drive a pickup with a camcorder on the roof, chase tornadoes across farmland, and photograph them. The closer and better framed the shot, the more it scores, and the more danger you're in. A run lasts three minutes. If the truck is wrecked, the run ends early.
I'm testing two things right now: whether the storms build real tension, and whether the driving feels good. Honest, specific reactions help me more than polite ones. "This felt bad when X happened" is exactly what I need.

Where to play

Browser (Chrome or Edge): ghostweavelabs.itch.io/doomsday. A Windows download is on the same page.

How to play the test

1. Play 5 runs. Please don't read up on strategy first; your first impressions matter most.
2. At the end of each run the results screen shows a line like SEED 554. Write that number down with your notes for the run. It lets me replay exactly the weather you had.
3. If something strange happens (stuck truck, odd camera, a crash or error), note the seed and roughly the time left on the clock.
Come back to this form after your 5 runs. Only Run 1 is required if you can't finish all five.
