I've been thinking a lot about where I want to take this community of brilliant women - and I think the answer is to create a really special place for you all. So, to make her.arca the best investment for you to be a part of - I'd appreciate a few answers from YOU, the women who make this what it is.

Firstly, a reminder on who I am, and what this is all about....!!

Our founder - Jem was Executive Producer for Steven Bartlett on The Diary Of A CEO, and worked on over 400 episodes, overseeing the talent, production and growth of the show.

Her experience with talent, her network and her deep desire for connection allows her to curate really intimate tables of women together.

Our slogan: the women shaping the next decade and the women who shaped the last one are rarely in the same room...until now her.arca is for intergenerational, curious, brilliant women - all around the world.

If her.arca became a membership, would you join?

Since her.arca began, one thing has been clear: the appetite for connection with women of all ages is bigger than what I can host in one room.

So we’re dreaming bigger.

We’re exploring an online membership, a way for women across the world to build their network and their intergenerational village, wherever they are. It wouldn’t replace our IRL gatherings; it would extend them, carrying the conversations, friendships and momentum beyond the dinner table.

Members would get online workshops with speakers from every generation, early access to IRL events, community chats, and much more.
