Key Terms and Conditions:

1. Kyo Cards reserves the right to cancel or remove any vendor who fails to comply with our instructions or terms and conditions, without any refund. 2. Vendor booth fees are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable, except under special circumstances determined solely at the discretion of Kyo Cards. 3. Vendors are required to have their booths fully set up by 10:00 a.m. and remain open until the end of the event on all show days. Failure to comply may result in additional fees and/or penalties. 4. Do not leave valuables overnight. Ensure all goods are covered and sealed after 8:30PM. Kyo Cards may remove unsecured items and will not be liable for any loss or damage. 5. Vendors and their booth members may be contacted by Kyo Cards for event related matters. 6. No sales of food and drink. 7. Vendors may consume food and beverages at their respective booths; however, they must keep their areas clean and tidy at all times. Any cleaning costs incurred due to their activities will be the vendor’s responsibility. 8. The sale or display of illegal or questionable products and activities is strictly prohibited. 9. Successful applicants will receive an official confirmation via WhatsApp/Telegram. 10. Do not take up public bins for your own use. If your booth produces large amounts of waste (e.g., from pack ripping), please provide your own additional bins. 11. If your business is not primarily TCG-related, Kyo Cards will contact you directly to verify the products or services you plan to sell at your booth. Approval is subject to Kyo Cards’ sole discretion. 12. By submitting this form, vendors agree that Kyo Cards may contact them regarding future events, vendor opportunities, and event-related updates.
