This session helps you understand why you keep repeating the same things in your life - the same reactions, the same behaviors, the same emotional cycles, and the same outcomes that leave you frustrated or stuck. The goal is to uncover the blocks that are quietly running your decisions and reactions underneath the surface.
This service isn’t here to fix you - you are not broken - it’s to guide you and point you in the right direction so you have clarity on what you actually need to work on. Once you understand the real block behind what you’ve been repeating, you can finally stop cycling through the same patterns and behaviors and make significant changes.
It will also show you exactly where your energy and attention need to go so you can start changing your life in a real way.
Everyone has more than one block. In this session, we’ll uncover as many as we can, and I’ll show you what your next steps should be after you leave the call.
These questions help us get started. We’ll go much deeper during the session.
1. What repeating issue or behavior in your life made you book this session?
Example: Every relationship I get into ends the same exact way, no matter what I do, or I can never seem to move forward at work even though people around me are growing in the company.
2. Where does this issue show up the most (dating, relationships, confidence, work, family, etc.)?
Example: Dating - I get anxious if someone’s tone changes, or at Work - I freeze up when someone gives me feedback.
3. Describe the moment this hits you the hardest. Tell me about the last time it happened — what triggered it, how you felt, and what you did next.
Example: Someone didn’t reply for a few hours, and my stomach tightened and I started assuming the worst, or if I feel like I’m annoying somebody, I get tense - or the thought of possibly annoying someone makes me start to overthink.
4. When it hits, what’s the first thing you tell yourself? (If you can, give a recent example - like: This happened at work, and I immediately thought, Here we go again.)
Example: Here we go again or I’m messing this up or I can't do anything right or they're probably getting tired of me. Write the exact thought in your own words.
