irs.gov/w9Insurance we require (based on your trade): Roofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, framing/structural, concrete, demolition, or work at height: General Liability $1M per occurrence / $2M aggregate, naming Allen Asher Properties LLC as additional insured. Drywall, paint, flooring, tile, trim, cabinets, landscaping, general labor: General Liability $500K per occurrence / $1M aggregate (naming AAP as additional insured preferred). Auto: whatever Missouri law requires — a personal policy is fine. Workers' comp: required if you have any employees. Your insurance agent can send your Certificate of Insurance, usually same day.
