Pay Transparency Quick Check: Intake Questionnaire

This form is your order and intake in one: you confirm your tier and billing details, then answer the questionnaire (20 questions, about 30 minutes). Please do not include salary data or employee-level data - the check assesses your structures and processes. The delivery clock (5 working days; 7 for the nine-plus-country tier) starts once your answers arrive complete. I treat all answers as self-reported, so please answer honestly rather than flatteringly - the report is only as sharp as your answers.

The Quick Check is a fixed-price order: €2,400 net for companies employing in up to two EU countries, €2,900 net for three to eight, plus VAT. Nine or more EU countries: €3,600 net with 7-working-day delivery, ordered only after a short scoping call - please contact me first instead of ordering here. The tier follows from the countries where you employ people - you will list them in the country table further down. You will receive the invoice with your order confirmation; payment within 14 days. Delivery starts once your answers arrive complete and does not wait for payment.

Section A: Your company

For A1: one line per country, six entries separated by | . Copy the two example lines into the answer field and edit them for your countries:
Germany | Acme GmbH | 84 | 0 | 110 | committed plan
Spain | Remote (EOR) | 3 | 3 | 8 | depends on funding
The six entries: country | employing legal entity, or the employer-of-record/PEO provider if you employ through one (e.g. Deel, Remote) | direct employees today | EOR/PEO employees today | expected TOTAL headcount in this country in two years | how firm that expectation is (committed plan / depends on funding or major uncertainty / not sure). List every country, EU and non-EU - the EU countries determine the check's scope and pricing tier, but the full picture matters. Interns and working students count; freelancers do not (they come in A2).

A1. In which countries do you employ people, through which entities, and how many per country, today and in two years?

A2. Do you engage contractors or freelancers in the EU in roles comparable to employee roles? (Deliberately EU-only: this check assesses the EU Directive; contractor setups outside the EU are outside its scope.)
