The role: own off-page SEO at Pixelizt — backlinks, local citations, directories, outreach. Not as a task-doer. As the owner. You run this department, and as we grow, we hire your team around you. You should be able to handle 15 clients with clean systems — that's the level of efficiency we're hiring for.
The bar: minimum 3 years of hands-on off-page work. You know where good links come from, how long they take, and which easy links you refuse. Tools don't impress us. Rankings do. Every application gets a reply within 24–48 hours.
The deal: ₹15,000/month to start. It climbs as your rankings do — in this role, results are visible monthly. Based in or near Nagercoil.
