Key Responsibilities

Supervision: Monitor daily floor operations and technician activity.

Workflow: Track jobs, turnaround times, and resource use.

Quality: Ensure repair quality and safety compliance.

Escalation: Flag delays, shortages, and support needs promptly.

Support: Assist and deputise for the Workshop Manager.

Qualifications

2–3+ years in workshop supervision or team leadership.

Good technical understanding of vehicle service operations.

Strong organisation, coordination, and communication skills.

Ability to manage people and workflow effectively.

EV workshop experience is a plus.
