📌 Content Ownership & Usage Policy

All content (videos, images, reels, UGC creatives, campaign materials) created under collaboration with Create n Post shall remain the authorized usage property of Create n Post and the respective brand.

The creator/influencer does not hold commercial ownership rights to reuse, resell, redistribute, or provide the content to any third party, agency, brand, or business without prior written approval from Create n Post.

Creators may use the content strictly for:

Personal portfolio

Showcasing past work

Self-promotion (non-commercial use)

However, the content cannot be:

Sold to another brand

Used for paid advertisements for another business

Re-edited for commercial resale

Shared with competing brands

If the content is found to be used commercially without authorization, Create n Post reserves the right to take strict legal action.
