Media Buy Executive (Full-Time)

Role Summary

Paid Social • Performance Marketing • Growth Systems

We’re hiring a Media Buy Executive to manage paid social campaigns across:

• Facebook & Instagram (Meta Ads & Boosting)

• TikTok Ads

• Google Ads

• Other paid platforms as required

You will manage performance with structure, clarity, and measurable outcomes.

You will:

• Plan paid media strategies aligned with campaign objectives

• Build, launch, and manage campaigns across platforms

• Structure ad accounts with clean naming conventions and clear segmentation

• Conduct audience research and testing frameworks

• Monitor performance daily and optimize based on data

• Manage budgets responsibly across markets

• Report insights and performance clearly to internal teams and clients

• Work closely with creative and strategy teams to align messaging and performance

We build systems before scaling output — that applies to paid media too.

• Campaigns are structured and easy to audit

• Budget allocation reflects clear thinking, not guesswork

• Testing frameworks are documented and iterative

• Performance improves over time through disciplined optimization

• Reporting is clear, honest, and grounded in data

• Clients feel steady and informed, not overwhelmed

Clear scope and expectations protect everyone.

Technical Expectations Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads

• Understanding of TikTok Ads Manager

• Ability to build and interpret performance dashboards

• Experience with pixel tracking, conversion events, and attribution

• Comfortable managing multiple client accounts simultaneously

Experience in agency environments is a plus.

Working Arrangements

• Fully Remote
• 
Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9:30am – 6:30pm SGT

• 3,000 - 4,500 MYR / month depending on experience
