Modular Crypto operates inside fast-moving markets: Web3, AI, and frontier technology.

This role is focused on one thing:

You will be responsible for identifying, opening, negotiating, and closing commercial opportunities globally.

This is a performance-driven role with clear quarterly targets and meaningful upside for high performers.

You don’t need prior crypto/blockchain experience to apply. However, familiarity with tech ecosystems, creator-driven distribution, or startup environments is a strong advantage.

This is a remote position that requires English fluency.

What You’ll Do

- Build and manage a structured outbound pipeline (global focus)

- Actively prospect protocols, DeFi projects, and tech companies

- Run discovery calls and qualify opportunities

- Present Modular’s services clearly and commercially

- Negotiate scope, pricing, and commercial terms

- Close deals within agreed frameworks

- Maintain CRM discipline and reporting

- Drive consistent quarterly revenue growth

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience closing B2B deals

- Comfortable with outbound and proactive outreach

- Strong commercial instinct

- Clear and confident communicator in English

- Highly organized and disciplined with CRM

- High ownership mindset

- Strong interest in Web3, AI, and emerging technologies

Compensation

Fixed base + performance-based bonus tied to quarterly targets.
