Business Development Representative

Remote Full-Time

Ecomflow is a fast-growing third-party logistics (3PL) company based in China, specializing in fulfillment solutions for direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands worldwide.

We currently support 150+ brands with efficient, scalable logistics and are now looking to bring on larger, enterprise-level clients. To drive this growth, we're hiring a based in to lead outbound sales efforts.


About the Role


As a Business Development Representative, you will focus on identifying new business opportunities, managing sales strategies, and fostering strong partnerships. This role includes conducting market research, targeting potential clients, and implementing plans to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the sales team, stakeholders, and development team to achieve company-wide business goals.


Key Responsibilities
The core duties of a business development representative include:
-Identifying new business opportunities. Conducting market research to analyze trends, target markets, and potential clients. -Building partnerships. Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, prospective clients, and other key industry connections. -Driving sales strategies. Collaborating with the sales and internal team to create messaging that resonates with target markets and closes deals. -Managing the sales pipeline. Using CRM software to track leads, ensure consistent follow-ups, and organize workflows. -Outbound Prospecting. Generate new opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and social selling targeting potential e-commerce clients. -Innovate and understand the best sales tools and methodologies for lead generation -Uncover target companies, and unique business challenges and identify relevant opportunities to deliver value through Ecomflow's services. -Facilitate high-level conversations with senior executives at target accounts. -Develop target lists, call strategies, and messaging to generate opportunities for new business.

Requirements
-Experience: Working in an e-commerce or SaaS company is preferred. -Work experience: At least 2–3 years of experience in sales management or customer relationship roles -Technical skills : Proficiency in CRM software, advanced Excel skills, Apollo, Lushia, Linkedin Sales Navigator and an understanding of business development strategies. -Soft skills: Strong organizational skills, time management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. -Certifications: Certifications in sales strategies, strategic planning, or related fields are desirable
