Sita Bio is building next-gen implantation platforms that recreate key aspects of the maternal–fetal interface in a controlled, perfused system. To scale the platform, we’re hiring a hands-on tissue culture operator to run repeatable workflows, improve consistency, and free our scientists to focus on biology and discovery.
In this role, you’ll own day-to-day culture and platform execution: maintaining cell stocks, preparing matrices and thick tissues, running chip/tissue workflows to SOP, collecting imaging and secretome samples, and tracking QC so runs are reliable across weeks and operators. You’ll work closely with the scientific team to reduce variability, reduce cell usage over time, and keep the platform on schedule.
mammalian tissue culture experience, 3D/thick tissue handling, QC discipline, comfort with operational repetition, and examples of how you’ve improved consistency in a complex workflow.
