Role Description

We’re hiring a Community Engagement Assistant to grow awareness of Welo by engaging in conversations where trust matters: scams, online shopping, reviews, payment safety, and brand credibility. This is not about spam, it’s about being helpful, consistent, and human.

Key Responsibilities

• Comment and engage daily on TikTok, Instagram, X (Twitter), and Reddit

• Join relevant discussions (online shopping, ecommerce, scams, refunds, brand legitimacy)

• Share helpful insights and guide users to Welo when appropriate

• Track activity and results (posts engaged, clicks, replies, notable threads)

• Suggest content ideas based on what people are asking online

Quotas (Targets)

Daily: 100–150 meaningful interactions (comments/replies, not one-liners)

Weekly: 3–7 high-quality threads/posts identified for engagement

Weekly: short report with screenshots + what worked

Commissions (Performance-Based)

You earn commissions when your leads produce results, for example:

• Clicks and traffic generated from your engagement

• Verified leads created, people requesting checks

• Community growth milestones tied to your activity

(Commission rules are simple, transparent, and defined per month/campaign.)

Requirements

• Excellent written English (clear, natural tone)

• Understands internet culture and knows how to comment like a real person

• Can adapt tone per platform (Reddit ≠ TikTok ≠ X)

• Consistent daily execution and strong organization

• Experience managing communities is a plus, not required
