2. Purpose of Data Processing I collect your email address solely to:

Add you to the NoDaily waitlist.

Send you updates regarding the product development, launch dates, and early-access offers.

Basically, to keep you informed about our mission to kill "Tribal Storytelling."

3. Legal Basis The processing of your data is based on your voluntary consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), expressed by entering your email and clicking the signup button. You can withdraw this consent at any time.

4. Data Processors To run this waitlist efficiently, I use trusted third-party services:

Tally.so (Tally BV): Used for collecting your data through this form.

[Optional: e.g., Resend / MailerLite/Mailtrap]: Used for sending automated emails. These services are GDPR-compliant and process data only upon my instructions.

5. Data Retention Your email address will be stored until the official launch of NoDaily or until you decide to unsubscribe.
