Candid Studios is a modern content collective built on strategy, storytelling, and cultural relevance. We craft content strategies for the country’s leading brands, provide high impact video production, and are evolving into a next-gen entertainment platform of our own.

Our mission at Candid Studios is to push the content needle forward. As a As a Motion Visualizer, you’ll bring ideas to life through compelling motion: transforming static designs into engaging, high-impact visual content. You’ll work closely with designers, strategists, and editors to translate creative concepts into dynamic storytelling across our campaigns and creative projects, while helping define the motion language for Candid Studios and its partners.

You must have your own device and stable internet connection.

Your Responsibilities Will Include: • Create engaging motion graphics and short-form video content for social, digital, and campaign use

• Animate static designs into high-quality, platform-ready motion content (Reels, ads, brand films)

• Collaborate with designers and copywriters to translate concepts into motion storytelling

• Develop visual systems, transitions, and motion styles for internal productions and client projects across FMCG, retail, and media

• Handle editing, sound sync, and final exports for multiple platforms

Requirements: • Strong understanding of motion design principles (timing; easing; rhythm; composition)

• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and basic editing in Adobe Premiere Pro

• Solid foundation in graphic design and branding

• Ability to convert static creatives into dynamic motion content

• Understanding of social-first content formats (vertical video; fast-paced storytelling)

• Experience with AI-based visual tools (Midjourney, Higgsfield, Gemini, etc.)

• Strong portfolio showcasing motion work (mandatory)
