Scholarship 1: Cleo Xynias Multicultural Woman of the Year

You must complete all questions and provide all evidence for your application to be accepted.

Eligibility

To be eligible for the Cleo Xynias female leader scholarship, the applicant must meet

the following criteria:

* Must be bilingual or multilingual,

* Be born in a country other than Australia (all visa types and current Australian citizens are eligible),

* Must reside in Queensland,

* Be female.

Scholarship Prizes

1. Cash prize: The scholarship winner will receive $2,000 cash prize.

2. Education: The scholarship winner will be able to select any short course program offered by the Australian Institute of Management (AIM) valued up to $2,500.

AIM’s range of short-course programs covers a significant breadth and depth of knowledge, empowering you to succeed no matter your function or experience. With delivery options including Face-to-Face, Online, and Virtual, you can choose the program that best suits your goals. Explore the AIM website to learn more about their courses in leadership, strategy, business, communication and more.

The scholarship winner will have 6 months to select and enrol on their chosen AIM short course from March 2026.

Mentorship

Through the support of Windsor Group, the scholarship winner will receive a 6-month mentorship with a professional relevant to their career path. The 6-month mentorship equates to 20 hours with the mentor.
