We are seeking a skilled and versatile Full Stack Engineer to join our founding engineering team and drive the core technology behind our AI-powered recruiting platform. In this role, you’ll have significant ownership across front-end and back-end systems, leading key architectural decisions and helping shape the future of our product and engineering culture.

This is a rare opportunity for an engineer who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to make a deep, lasting impact from the early stages.

This is a fully remote role within Nigeria, with a monthly net salary of ₦500k–600k. Equity is available (1-year cliff, standard vesting).
