Client Start Review: five questions

Five written questions about how new client accounts start at your agency. Sending them doesn't commit you to anything. I reply in writing, and there's no sales call unless something needs clarifying.

Your name

Your email

Tell me about your agency. How many people, what kind of work you do, and roughly how many new client accounts you start in a year.

Walk me through your last new client account. From the signed contract to the first thing you actually delivered: what happened, in what order, and where did it slow down?

Which of these do you measure today, even roughly? Days from signature to first deliverable, unbilled hours on a new account, how often work gets redone, revision rounds before sign-off, clients lost inside 90 days. Tell me which ones you'd have to guess at.

Is there a new account starting in the next six weeks? If yes, tell me a little about it. If no, tell me about the most recent one instead.

Who decides on something like this, and what would make $2,750 obviously worth it to you? A plain answer is fine. If the honest answer is that you're not sure yet, say that.
